Michael Naizu is an Asian American actor, writer, producer, and director whose work spans film, television, and vertical storytelling. He is the co-founder of PinkHouse Productions and has appeared in projects including HBO’s Hacks, Amazon’s Christmas Is Canceled, and the hit vertical series My Secret Agent Husband, which has garnered millions of views worldwide. He can also be seen in the upcoming film Our Father, executive produced by Tom Hanks and set to enter the festival circuit in 2027.

As a filmmaker, Naizu first created Bound For Glory as a short film in 2020, which was later licensed by streaming platform JoySauce. He has since expanded the project into a feature, which he co-wrote/directed, produced, and stars in. The completed film is set to premiere on the festival circuit in 2027.

Derik Young

Co-founder · Producer & Financier

Derik Young is an executive in both the entertainment and financial technology industries. He co-founded PinkHouse Productions, where he is a producer and financier on the company’s first feature film, Bound For Glory.

Beyond film, Young is a decorated private lending executive. He runs Sales at Vontive, a leading FinTech company in the real estate space, and is ranked among the top private loan originators nationally by Scotsman Guide. He brings that same instinct for identifying opportunity and backing bold visions to independent film. Bound For Glory marks his feature producing debut and reflects his belief that the most compelling stories surround people who bet on themselves.

Young was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and attended John Carroll University, where he was a captain of the nationally ranked varsity basketball team.
